Apart from basic pay, NCRTC provides VDA, HRA, perks and allowances under the applicable company rules. Posting may be at NCRTC offices, workplaces, project units, subsidiaries or joint ventures.
For Notice No. 32/2026, selected employees will have a 2-year probation period and a surety bond of ₹4 lakh for Supervisor posts and ₹3 lakh for Junior Maintainer posts, with a minimum service period of three years.
For Notice No. 33/2026, the posts are on contract for five years from the date of appointment and do not provide a right to regularisation.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
Computer Based Test (CBT) → Medical Fitness Test
The CBT will be conducted in either Hindi or English. There will be 100 questions for 100 marks, with 1 mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking. The duration is 90 minutes.
